Shipping Information
Your order will take 2 to 6 business days to reach you!
I'll reuse materials to ship your order, that is, the products will be packed in paper and/or bubble wrap from other orders I placed and shipped in cardboard boxes from other brands. New packaging will only be used if I no longer have old boxes and materials.
All orders will be processed and left at a CTT post within 1 to 2 business days.
Registered mail
From the moment it is left at CTT, you will have to wait 2 to 5 working days for your order to be in your hands!
Hand delivery
Hand delivery is available to destinations between Alvor and Lagoa. If you have any doubts as to whether you are in the covered area, please get in touch before making the purchase.
This type of delivery will only be made on weekends between 10am and 8pm. If you choose this option, I will contact you to find out the best time for you within this range.
We ship all over Europe.
Returns
You can return your order if you think it was not what you expected or if it does not fit you, within 30 working days of receiving it.
If you have ordered more than one product and do not want to return the entire order:
Shipping costs will be your responsibility and only the value of the product(s) will be refunded via bank transfer.
If you want to return the entire order:
Shipping costs will be your responsibility, but the value of your order will be refunded in full via bank transfer.
If there was a mistake on the part of Fiaseira when sending the order (wrong products):
Shipping costs will be borne by Fiaseira and the value of the product(s) will be refunded in full via bank transfer.
Only after inspecting the product will the transfer be processed (2 to 3 business days after I receive the order back).
To begin the return process, you must contact me by email at fiaseira.shop@gmail.com and indicate your order number, the date it was received and the reference and/or name of the product(s) that you wish to return.
