Shipping Information
Your order will take 2 to 6 business days to arrive if you purchase an existing product. If you purchase a personalized product, your order will take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive at your home. This is because it has to be made especially for you!
Materials will be reused to ship your order; that is, the products will be wrapped in paper and/or bubble wrap from other orders I have made and shipped in cardboard boxes from other brands. New packaging will only be used if I no longer have old boxes and materials.
InPost
Once your order is dropped off at the InPost location, you will have to wait 2 to 6 business days for it to arrive!
Hand delivery
Hand delivery is available for destinations between Alvor and Lagoa. If you are unsure whether you are within this area, please contact us before making your purchase.
This type of delivery will only be made on weekends between 10 am and 8 pm. If you choose this option, I will contact you to determine the best time for you within this interval.
We ship throughout Europe.
Returns
You can return your order if you feel it wasn't what you expected or if it arrives damaged, within 30 business days of receiving it.
If you have ordered more than one product and do not wish to return the entire order:
You will be responsible for the shipping costs, and only the value of the returned product(s) will be refunded via bank transfer .
If you wish to return the entire order:
You will be responsible for the shipping costs, but the full amount of your order will be refunded via bank transfer (excluding the shipping costs).
If there has been a mistake on Fiaseira's part in sending the order (wrong products):
Shipping costs will be covered by Fiaseira, and the full amount of the product(s) will be refunded via bank transfer.
The transfer will only be processed after the product has been inspected (2 to 3 business days after I receive the returned package).
To begin the return process, you need to contact me at fiaseira.shop@gmail.com and provide your order number , the date you received your order, and the reference and/or name of the product(s) you wish to return.
