The terms and conditions indicated define the rules and regulations for the use of the Fiaseira Website.

Fiaseira's main objective is to offer guarantees to its customers by establishing high levels of quality, in order to safeguard the interests of customers and, consequently, generating standards of mutual trust.

Throughout this website, art, photography and home decor products will be available.

Fiaseira reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice, the user being subject to the terms and conditions in force at the date of use, and their use means that they agree and consent to our terms and conditions.

When using the service available on our website, the user guarantees to be 18 (eighteen) years old or older. Users under the age of majority must have authorization from their legal representatives.

These general conditions of use and contracting of our products apply to users of our website, within the scope of any operations and transactions of a commercial or other nature, carried out through it, in national territory.

Use and privacy of Personal Data

Fiaseira grants the holders of the collected personal data the right to access, rectify, erase data, limitation processing and portability. To do this, the holder only needs to access the registration field to make the changes they deem necessary.

For the purposes of accessing the personal account, the user must guarantee the security of their data and not share the information with third parties, in order to ensure that others do not use it.

Online Store

1. Price

The current prices are the prices that Fiaseira deems appropriate for each product, since all products are of its own making.

Campaigns or promotions carried out in the online store, as well as the awarding of offers or gifts, may only be applied to orders placed via the Website.

2. Products

Fiaseira guarantees that all products are properly manufactured and have the appropriate indications for use.

It is the customer's responsibility to consult the instructions for use on the product packaging and/or on the products themselves. Fiaseira cannot be held responsible for misuse or incorrect administration by the customer.

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years, counting from delivery.

3. Image

The product images shown are copyrighted by Fiaseira.

The product color may vary depending on the electronic device used to view the website.

4. Order processing and shipping

Order processing and shipping will take up to 2 business days for existing products; and up to 2 weeks for personalized products.

5. Shipping orders

Orders will take 2 to 5 business days to be shipped depending on their destination (Mainland Portugal or Islands). For more information, please see Shipping and Returns.

6. Returns

The customer can return any item, with the exception of:

- Incomplete, damaged or signs of use;

- Products without original packaging and/or label.

The customer has a maximum period of 30 days after the date of receipt of the order to submit the return request. To begin the return process, the customer must send an email to fiaseira.shop@gmail.com, indicating the order number, the date of receipt of the order and the reference of the product(s) you wish to return.

A shipping fee may be added to the value of the products ordered. In these cases, the shipping cost will be presented before the order is completed, as described on the Shipping and Returns page.
